Deposits and Payment
Please pay by cheque or cash. Once a deposit is recieved your charter is confirmed, and the balance must be paid on the day of the trip. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels.
Cancellation
If we cancel due to weather or sea conditions your full deposit will be refunded.
The Weather
The trip will be cancelled if the weather presents a safety risk. Please call us the evening before the trip to confirm that the trip is going ahead.
What to Bring
All safety gear is provided. You should wear appropriate clothing and a bring waterproof overclothes and a packed lunch. Also, bring your own bait and tackle, or we can direct you to suppliers where you can buy or rent what you need.
Medical Conditions
It is essential that you declare any medical conditions or disabilities that you have. This information will be kept confidential, but is vital to allow us to ensure the safety of the trip.
Non-Fishing Trips
In addition to fishing trips, the Wight Sapphire is available for a variety of other purposes, including ornithology and photography of sailing events. We aim to be flexible, and can tailor services to your requirements, so please drop us a line.
